We've finally been hit with the snow we've been missing in our neck of the woods: 15" of pristine, fluffy snow over the weekend. Lots of footprints around our shrubs this morning remind us that we need to spray them to encourage the deer in the neighborhood to look elsewhere for lunch :) (We're always careful to keep gloves on when spraying to keep the unpleasant smell away.) We are noticing more and more varieties of plants and shrubs are becoming attractive to the deer - rhododendrons, myrtle, and even pachysandra are being nibbled. Wondering if others are noticing the same??
